Public Health Sub-specialization

Public Health Sub-specialization

Students may opt for a Specialization in Health Care with a sub-specialization in Public Health. The public health focus provides students with theory and practice skills aimed at the prevention and management of health problems in community based populations. Students learn to develop and implement strategies for the prevention of disease, promotion of health, and meeting health care needs.
