Event Description
The Diabetes Center at Stony Brook University Hospital is offering a comprehensive educational program for persons with diabetes and their families, consisting of a series of three-day courses each month from January to June.

This program includes updates in diabetes for new diabetes patients, as well as type 1, type 2 or gestational diabetes. Individual meal planning, diabetes self-care and new treatments for better diabetes management are covered. Pre-registration is required and insurance coverage is discussed at registration.

Open to the community. All are invited, including friends and family.
