Event Description Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic, often disabling disease that attacks the central nervous system. People from all over the community are coming together to raise awareness about Multiple Sclerosis during MS Awareness Day. Come help us to ignite the movement toward a world free of MS.
Speakers: MS Specialists Dr. Patricia Coyle and Dr. Lauren Krupp will be available between 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm.
The hospital lobby will feature displays and information will be available about the newest research and advancements.
MS Awareness Day is presented by the Department of Neurology, MS Comprehensive Care Center and the National Pediatric MS Center.
Whether you are already a part of the movement or looking to get involved for the first time, MS Awareness Day is the time to show your commitment to ending MS. Every person and every action makes a difference. |
