  • Braddom’s Textbook “Principles of Rehabilitation Medicine”
  • Preston & Shapiro’s EMG textbook
  • PM&R Pocketpedia
  • Perotto’s “Anatomical Guide for the Electromyographer”
  • Subscription to “Rehab in Review” Newsletter 
  • Membership in the AAPM&R, with subscription to the Archives of PM&R
  • Membership in the NY State Society of PM&R
  • Membership in the AAP with subscription to the AJPM&R for those residents who present at the Annual Meeting
  • Board Review Course at Kessler Institute for Senior Residents – Senior residents are not charged vacation time to attend the course
  • Free subscription to MDConsult, First Consult OVID, Up to Date, electronic access to 10,000 journals online
  • Anatomy Lab Course at Touro College
  • Annual Prosthetics Course given by NYU Faculty locally
  • EMG Didactic Lecture Series at Northport
  • Faculty funded trip to the AAPM&R Annual Meeting or the AAP Annual Meeting if you present a paper or poster
  • Research Course for PGY 3 residents at Stony Brook Graduate School of Preventative Medicine and Public Health Residents presented by Dr. A. Laura Shroyer
  • Syllabus consisting of:
    • 200 Classic Articles in PM&R
    • Annual Study Guides published by the AAPM&R
  • Lectures are held twice per week from 1:30 – 4:30, Monday & Thursday
