Dr. van de Vegte

Lucy van de Vegte, M.D.

Dr. van de Vegte, Assistant Professor of Clinical Radiology, has been working in the Department since July 1987. She is a graduate of SUNY at Binghamton and received her medical degree from the University of Rochester Medical School. She completed her residency at Lenox Hill Hospital, followed by a fellowship in Body Cross-sectional Imaging at SUNY at Stony Brook. Dr. van de Vegte is Board Certified and gained the Certificate of Added Qualification in Pediatric Radiology presented by the American Board of Radiology. She also received the "2001 Teacher of the Year Award".
