Position Openings
Due to the expansion of the Department of Radiology at Stony Brook University Medical Center Ancillary Services, there are several openings for Faculty/Attending Radiologists. These are full-time positions, and all applicants should be Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology with Fellowship training is preferred.
The Department of Radiology, through their imaging network covers several other hospitals for subspecialty and general imaging including the Northport Veterans Administration Hospital and Peconic Bay Medical Center. The Neuroradiology, Musculoskeletal and Body Imaging sections all have ACGME approved fellowship positions.
The Department has a free-standing, on-site Outpatient Imaging Center/Breast Center with state-of-the art equipment. In addition, there is a newly renovated Neuro Interventional Suite and a planned Research MRI Center.
