Research Activities:
The Efficacy and Safety of Local Anesthetic Infusion with Ropivacaine through a Wound Catheter for the Management of Pain after Surgical Correction of Ureteropelvic Junction Stenosis, a randomized, double blinded, placebo-controlled clinical trial.
Academic Activities:
Organizing and running real-time mock code scenarios in the Simulation Suites located in the HSC to further train pediatric residents with hands-on acute resuscitation maneuvers as guided by PALS algorithms.
Clinical Activities:
Full-time faculty member of the Pediatric Critical Care Staff. A participant in the H1N1 Pediatric Work Group involved in crisis resource management and disaster preparedness.
