Research Summary:

Dr. Zhi is interested in various topics in Bioinformatics and Cheminformatics. He develops algorithms and computational tools that facilitate genomic and proteomic research. He provides a broad range of Bioinformatics/Cheminformatics services to the Stony Brook biomedical community. He also developed and maintains the School of Medicine Research Informatics database.
