We at the Stony Brook Stroke Program strive to outreach to our community, so that we may provide a center of medical care where patients may focus on cerebral vascular wellness.

We serve to achieve excellence in providing preventative strategies for overall health and well-being through a multidisciplinary team approach.

We are dedicated to the establishment of a higher standard of medical care for individuals afflicted with stroke. From management of acute illness, to recovery from illness, to reduction of risk for future disease and disability; we are continually striving to improve quality of life for stroke patients and their families.
