STONY BROOK, N.Y., January 8, 2010 — Stony Brook University’s Center for Dance, Movement & Somatic Learning is now offering new dance & movement classes for the community. Classes run from February 1 to April 17 and include: Flamenco, Middle Eastern, Salsa, Samba , Argentine Tango, Ballroom, Hip Hop, Creative Movement for Children, Dance Yoga, Yoga Alignment , Yoga Flow, Kripalu Dancekinetics, Healthy Heart Yoga, Alexander Technique, Tai Chi, Dancing Back to Life and Body/Mind Performance for Leadership.
Registration fee for 12 classes is $180. (Classes will not be held March 29 - April 2).
