Stony Brook Univsersity's Dietetic Internship has filled all of it's positions for the 2013-2014 year. Congratulations to those who matched!
If you are interested in pursuing a Master's degree, please check out our website for the Graduate Program in Nutrition. We are now offering a fully-online 36 credit MS in Nutrition program. The link for the the website is Graduate Program in Nutrition.
Students with a DPD verification statement and an undergraduate GPA of > 3.0 , who complete 6 credits in the Stony Brook University MS in Nutrition program inclusive of Advanced Nutrition in Clinical Practice I, will be guaranteed an interview if they wish to be considered for the Stony Brook Dietetic Internship Program. After submitting their application to DICAS, interested students should notifying the program coordinator of their intent.

February 15, 2013 - Application Deadline - Applicants must apply online through www.dnddigital.com.
April 7, 2013 - Match Day - Applicants who have applied through DICAS are matched to Dietetic Internship programs by D&D Digital.
April 9, 2013 - Official deadline to accept an appointment if you are matched to Stony Brook University Dietetic Internship Program. You can accept this appointment either by emailing Sharon Schmidt at sharon.schmidt@stonybrookmedicine.edu or via phone at 631-638-2132.

OUR MISSION
To prepare dietetic interns to have a positive impact on health care delivery, health promotion, and the dietetics profession through the provision of quality medical nutrition therapy, the management of quality food service systems, and the implementation of quality health promotion programs.
