Epilepsy Support Group
If you, a family member, or someone you care for has epilepsy, you don’t have to deal with it alone. Our no-cost Epilepsy Support Group, led by experienced clinical social workers, offers information, support and ideas to help patients, family members and caregivers cope with the daily challenges of epilepsy. Jointly run by the Stony Brook Comprehensive Epilepsy Center and the Epilepsy Center of Long Island. In months where the fourth Monday falls on a holiday, participants should email kimsan@optonline.net to see if there are any changes to the meeting date.

Look Good Feel Better
Offered in conjunction with the American Cancer Society for women undergoing treatment, this free, two hour beauty program is facilitated by a licensed cosmotologist. Included are tips on skin and hair care, makeup instructions and demonstrations of wig, turban and scarf use. Registration is required.
