Support Group Program Overview
When a child receives a diagnosis on the Autism Spectrum, parents and caregivers may feel overwhelmed with emotions and questions. To help families in this time of uncertainty the Cody Resource Center provides both information and educational support. Parents are encouraged to call or visit the Resource Center for information, or to borrow books and other resource materials. We also offer ongoing support groups for parents and grandparents of children with Autism and related disorders. In addition, we provide support for siblings and programs for families of older children focusing on transition to adulthood. These groups are offered at no charge to participants.
