Transition to Adulthood Support Groups

Transition-to-Adulthood Support Group for Parents is open to families of children ages 14 to 24 with developmental disabilities. Meetings are held from 7 to 9 pm on May 6 at the Wang Center, on the campus of Stony Brook University. Facilitated by Susan Lesco and Virginia Cover, the support group provides families with an opportunity to discuss the challenges of successful transition as well as obtain resources and referrals.
